June 15, 2023 – Deadline for Abstract submission.
June 16, 2023 – Notification to the authors about accepted poster presentations.
June 22, 2023 – Deadline for post-deadline Abstract submission

Abstract Guidelines

We recommend using this Word template for preparing your abstract.

Your abstract will be used for publication in the conference program. Abstracts will only be accepted in PDF format only. Your abstract will not be edited upon acceptance, so please ensure that it is submitted in its final publishable form.

Instructions for preparing the abstract are as follows (see also the Word template):

No more than 1 page, A4 or letter size, including text, figures and references. All margins should be at least 2.5 cm.
The total size of your contribution should not exceed 5 MB.
Use the Times font family.
Single-spaced
You are free to include figures and plots.
Please use the following layout.
1. Title: 18 pt, bold, centered.
2. Authors: 12 pt, bold, centered, presenting author underlined if known.
3. Affiliations: 11 pt, italic, centered.
4. Presenting author's e-mail address.
5. Main text: 11 pt, one column.
6. References [1].
7. Table and figure captions should use font size 10.

Please make sure your abstract is in PDF file format and has a formatting conforming with this example before submitting it.
