Important Dates

May 15, 2023 – Opening of Registration.
June 16, 2023 – Extended deadline for early-bird Registration.
June 30, 2023 – Deadline for online Registration.

Registration Fee

A registration fee will be charged:

1100 Euro – Early-bird fee (until June 16, 2023)
1300 Euro – Regular fee (until June 30, 2023)

The registration fee includes:

Lunch, dinner on days with poster sessions or industry exhibits, and snacks, coffee and tea during breaks (see also the program for details).

Award Banquet
Shuttle bus transfer to the lab tour
Excursions and social events (incl. catering during)
Conference fee

Payment procedure

After completing the registration form, we will send you a confirmation mail, which will contain the submitted data, the confirmation of the registration and the conference fee.
In this email, you will also find your personal booking code (BKZ), which you will need to make the payment. Please then visit the external web portal operated by the state of Bavaria to continue the payment process. On this page there is also the possibility to change the language (the corresponding button is located in the upper right corner of the homepage below the Bavarian coat of arms).

PLEASE NOTE:
It is very important that you always use the personal booking code (BKZ) for the payment procedure. Otherwise we will not be able to confirm your registration as final.
