Jan holds an M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Würzburg. He is affiliated to the Chair for Experimental Physics III (Prof. Molenkamp). His main research interests are MBE-based nanowire growth including the topological insulator HgTe and low temperature charge transport with a focus on proximity induced superconductivity.
