Topological Insulators
Georg Knebl
Georg received his M.Sc. in physics from the University of Würzburg. He is now a PhD-candidate, research associate, and in charge for some organisational stuff in the Chair of “Technische Physik” of Prof. Sven Höfling. Georg’s main interests comprise MBE growth and fabrication of topological insulators (Bi2Se3 and GaSb/InAs double quantum wells) as well as the realization of novel optoelectrical devices on GaSb basis.
